Cancellation policy

AmpIQ offers one-time purchase products only. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting hello@ampiq.au or camille@ampiq.au

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened consumable products.

AmpIQ reserves the right to assess cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
