AmpIQ Return & Refund Policy

We’re all about performance,  and that includes customer service. If something’s not right with your AmpIQ order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we unfortunately do not accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you, no sweat.

To qualify:

  • Contact us at hello@ampiq.au within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, reach out to us with the details and we’ll take care of the rest.
