Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are packed and shipped from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the move.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) – Flat rate: $12

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – Flat rate: $20

  • Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $70

New Zealand:

  • Standard International Shipping (5–10 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on NZ orders over $200

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your AmpIQ all the way to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, email hello@ampiq.au within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll sort it out fast.
